Hi all. The B.U.C.S Championships is being held in March 2009.
Has anyone ever entered and experienced it? And is it a good competition for a novice/intermediate judoka to enter in the Kyu grade section?
This would be my first comp, so I've got 4 months to prepare! |

If you're a kyu grade and a university student then the Kyu Grade category would be ideal.
I've been to watch once and it looked like a fun day out for those competing. |

I've not been for 10 or 15 years but it was a good event. The last time I went it was at Brunel Uni near Uxbridge.
It's fought to BJA rules of course. _________________ www.bristoljudo.com |

| Cheers guys. Yeah, I'm a 3rd Kyu Green Belt and a University of Central Lancashire student. Hopefully I can stay injury-free for a few months (touch wood!!!). |

Franky, can you post details of this. I have a student, who is well, a student. It would be ideal for him _________________ Outside of a dog, a book is a man's best friend. Inside of a dog it's too dark to read. |
